MetroTex Association of Realtors, the largest Realtor member association in North Texas representing the entire North Texas region, was recognized by the National Association of Realtors with the Platinum Global Achievement Award for 2023.
The Global Achievement Program is designed to recognize and reward the most active associations in global business. Each applicant for the program is reviewed by 12 staff members from a variety of teams across NAR to provide a wide range of perspectives to each of the applications.
The NAR team members took a close look at the work MetroTex did to inform its membership of the intricacies of global real estate and determined that MetroTex rose above the competition and has set the bar for 2023, delivering the highest level of service. MetroTex’s work gave members the tools, education, and networking they need to handle international real estate, working hard to connect members to the global community in the DFW market area and beyond.
“It is a real honor to be recognized nationally for our global efforts this year,” said MetroTex 2023 President Belinda Epps. “We look forward to expanding our involvement globally with more international partnerships.”
During the year, MetroTex participated in a trade mission in the Netherlands where more than 20 real estate professionals learned how real estate differs between the two countries. MetroTex also participated in a conference in Mexico with fellow Realtors.
“Education is important in this expanding global market and we will continue to provide a collaborative system of information, resources, networking, and skills training for all members,” Epps said.
The full list of 2023 Global Achievement Program winners will be officially revealed at the NAR Global Business Councils Forum on Monday, November 13.
