Real-Estate-Unplugged-Inman

If you’re an Inman Select subscriber, you’ll get the privilege of seeing MetroTex Association of Realtors’ own Bill Head in the site’s latest “Real Estate Unplugged” episode.

Inman asks Head to shed light on what he thinks is in the future of real estate, and he provides some genuinely thoughtful answers.

Unfortunately, this is subscriber-only content, so unless you have a paid subscription to Inman Select (and for the record, you totally should because they do some really outstanding journalism and reporting), it’s unavailable to view. To give you an idea, Head says that distance learning, technology, and NAR’s Upstream initiative are sure to make waves in the coming year.

Upstream, which is scheduled to go beta in the second quarter of next year, will give Realtors and brokers one place to enter, store, and edit data for all listings. That frees up time to focus on customer experience rather than data entry, according to reports.
