A Lot to Love: Land And Location in WeatherfordWeatherford Home Gets a Great Remodel

Head west on Interstate 20 from Fort Worth and pretty soon you will feel like you are worlds away. Yes, construction of new neighborhoods and developments is taking place, but there is still plenty of open land (for right now) that reminds you of how big Texas really is. That’s where you’ll find this remodeled Weatherford home.

A mere 29 miles west is the great city of Weatherford, the county seat of Parker County. Established in the mid-1800s, Weatherford has a population of around 40,000 people. However, Weatherford still has a small-town Texas vibe without being far removed from bigger cities.

3701 Pecan Park Drive is newly updated and a short drive to many fantastic places.

Towns from the outskirts of Fort Worth — Aledo, Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, Weatherford — used to be well-kept secrets as places to live where you could find larger homesites and more affordable homes away from the hustle-and-bustle of Cowtown.

But that was a long time ago.

A Lot to Love: Land And Location in Weatherford

Today’s Tarrant County Tuesday once again heads to Parker County where we find a lovely home in Weatherford situated on one-half of an acre, newly updated and looking fantastic. While it might feel like country living, the home is within minutes of growing retail and restaurant developments.

Quartz counters in kitchen – wonder light throughout the home – and close to H.E.B.

Plus, there is an H-E-B in Hudson Oaks, about five minutes from this home — and that’s the biggest plus. (This Bow Tie Realtor loves when showings and listings are in the area because I can also make a trip to get groceries!)

Weatherford Home Gets a Great Remodel

The home at 3701 Pecan Park Drive is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home of just over 2,100 square feet. The entire home looks like it came right out of a Chip & JoJo magazine — beautiful colors, materials, and patterns are all over.

The Primary bath with double vanities and a huge shower is quite stylish.

Walk around the property through the mature trees and you might find squirrels, deer, birds, and other wildlife. There is also a shop on the property with electrical. The location is not far from Fort Worth and is within minutes of shops and restaurants. And it’s totally updated and looking fantastic. Also, the home is on a large enough homesite where you don’t feel like you’re squished between neighbors. What more could you ask for?

Clayton Patterson of The Ashton Agency has listed 3701 Pecan Park Drive for $449,000.
