Ever wonder what it would be like to live like a member of the Roy family — the conniving, filthy rich “Succession” clan we love to hate? Rest assured, there’d be plenty of drama. But if the swanky Manhattan penthouse — owned in the HBO series by brother Kendall (Jeremy Scott) — is part of the deal, count us in.

Turns out, the covetable NYC property recently hit the market. The price tag? A cool $29 million (mere pittance for a Roy).

We’re obsessed — with both the HBO mega-hit and this swoon-worthy triplex.

According to the Corcoran Group listing, the apartment “offers one of the most unique opportunities in the history of New York City.”

For starters, there’s the prime Carnegie Hill location at 180 E. 88th Street — the tallest Upper East Side residence north of 72nd Street. By the numbers, the 5,508-square-foot unit has three floors, five bedrooms, and six baths. There’s also 3,501 square feet of private outdoor space featuring multiple terraces, loggias, and the pièce de résistance, a 2,100-square-foot open-air rooftop.

The open floor plan — the handiwork of DDG Partners and HTO Architect — sports two spacious living areas complete with soaring ceilings and dramatic archways. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of Central Park, the city skyline, and the Hudson and East Rivers.

A custom designed Molteni & C Dada kitchen epitomizes modern Italian style — think white lacquered cabinetry and Statuario marble countertops. A full suite of Gaggenau appliances includes two ovens, two dishwashers, six-burner range, and oversized refrigerator complete with adjacent wine fridge.

Access the primary suite via the sculptural spiral staircase or private elevator. Then get ready to be wowed. The bedroom features a custom fireplace, sitting alcove and huge terrace; the bathroom has dual vanities, standalone “wet-style, high-gloss” tub,  rain shower, Bianco Grigio marble counters, radiant floor heating, and travertine accents.

“Succession” fans will likely remember that it’s in this very suite that Kendall mourned his father’s unexpected passing in Season 4’s “Honeymoon States” episode.

Lavish amenities abound for the building’s well-heeled residents. We’re talking yoga studio, wine room, soccer pitch, children’s playroom, lounge, basketball court and catering kitchen. German sculptor Jan Hooss (also known for having created custom artwork for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s French estate, Château Miraval) is the mastermind behind the lobby’s stunning vaulted ceiling and ornamental plaster detailing.

Can’t get enough Roy family real estate news?

You’re in luck. Just across the park, the ritzy Upper West Side penthouse — the one where Roman (Kieran Culkin) is seen in the same episode getting ready to attend his father’s wake — is also up for grabs. Brown Harris Stevens Residential Sales holds the listing for the uber-exclusive $38 million penthouse.
