You might be more familiar with this area as Eudora Estates, but it is in a fabulous location — east of Hillcrest and smack-dab in the middle between Forest and Royal. This area is fantastic for access to North Dallas, Shopping near Preston Road, and is close to some of the best private schools in North Texas.

Exceptionally private feeling thanks to the almost half-acre lot, you won’t hardly notice your neighbors.
There are three bedrooms, two full baths, one fireplace in the living room, and a large kitchen in this 2,381-square-foot home. It’s listed for a reduced $599,000, which is in the ballpark of similarly sized nearby homes. Originally price at $615,000, it’s been on the market for just over a month. I have a feeling that this home could sell for around $580,000, which is not shabby at all.
This home has some fantastic floors, all hardwood and a lovely parquet in the living room. The home has been opened up in a tasteful way, with enlarged doorways leading from the dining room and entry of the home into the kitchen and living area. The seller did stop short from what many in the area do: Knock down the all of the cabinets in the galley kitchen and open it to the living area with an island.
