Oh how we love the Disney Streets in North Dallas. 3843 Regent is actually SOUTH of the Disney Streets, because it is south of Royal, in one of my favorite neighborhoods in town. In fact, our very first home was just west of here on Ainsworth. This 1970’s perfection ranch is located in a quadrant of beautiful, bountiful ’60s and ’70s ranches. The home is open, expanded and completely updated inside. I’m talking a new roof in 2014, new windows, recently replaced HVAC of 2 zones, 16 SEER, and a tankless water heater. Mechanically, this home is impeccable!

I would also consider glamming up the garage with a new floor and cabinets and make it an alternative play or party room.
