I am so into charming, chic cottages this week. Perhaps it’s the weather — these cottages remind me of Maine and cooler temps. Enter the 1495 square foot home, and you will be drawn to the light and oh so bright sunroom located on the north side of home, overlooking the backyard. The home was built in the 1940’s and the gleaming hardwoods have survived splendidly. Someone once told me wood from those days lasts so long because of longer fibers we no longer see, thanks to pollution. That is not confirmed, just a tale I’ve been told.
