The new Reside magazine is a collaboration between Sotheby’s International Realty and the Wall Street Journal.

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has just taken the paper/print side of marketing Dallas real estate to a whole new level. It’s not just the folks who already live here buying homes, it’s those out of towners. And they are coming in droves. COVID accelerated the demographic trend of businesses seeking greener pastures of pro-growth, low-tax, politically stable markets with educated work-forces. Dallas occupied office growth is expected to grow by 8% as of Q3 2020. Which means, those buyers are coming. How to get in front of them?

By slowing down!

We all need to slow down. We know one little way: with a richly curated magazine. There is nothing like it. The tactile pleasure of the paper. The discovery as you turn the pages. The design of it all. Somehow, after enjoying one — really digging in — it feels like you’ve been on an adventure. And, there is always something to learn.

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has been very busy collaborating with Sotheby’s International Realty on its own informative print adventure. It’s called Reside, and it is inside select subscriber copies of The Wall Street Journal on Friday, October 16. You can enjoy it digitally, too, at briggsfreeman.com/reside.

Not only does it reveal almost 50 pages of some of the brokerage’s most exciting listings — everything from mansions to ranches — it is loaded with about 50 more pages of stories on everything from home design to art to cars. You know, all the things that go brilliantly with your life. In the new issue, you’ll find:

  • Many of the brokerage’s amazing agents and the unique properties they represent.
  • The best places in the world to stargaze.
  • How a vacation home is becoming as important as your primary home.
  • Why geometrics are the hot new home-decor trend.
  • How in-home technology can help you relax.
  • Watches fit for royalty. (Literally, including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles.)
  • The hot new electric cars, including some striking British and German ones.

And much, much more. Enjoy every page. You’ll see homes for sale across North Texas and across the globe. And, you’ll discover new things.

And maybe, you will even find a beautiful vacation home that suits your fancy. I cannot wait to grab a glass of bubbly and start reading!
