This is not a process for the faint of heart or a beginner in the world of DIY. Remember, Edwards has a talent for this sort of thing and spent a lot of time learning the ropes. She also added the distressed wood kitchen island, topped with an Ann Sacks antique limestone.
More Italian limestone covers the floors and runs throughout the kitchen adding to the rustic feel. Double doors open onto the organic garden creating an effortless transition. “They bring the outdoors into the house,” Edwards said. “You can have them open all day long and the sound of the pond will filter throughout the house.”
