Guardian Mortgage Gives Back: Office Holds Food Drive For Catholic Charities

I can’t think of a better way to sum up Guardian Mortgage‘s business philosophy than with this quote from executive vice president Marcus McCue, who was interviewed about the company’s charity food drive in Grand Blanc, Mich.:

“Not everybody has the opportunity to work with us and to finance a home and have that home, so for those who have to go to local food banks, it’s important for us that we give back to those that we’re not able to help with exactly what we do,” Mccue said.

Even if it’s just a small gesture.

“Every little piece that anyone can do to benefit. What’s in your pantry, or just an opportunity on your next trip to the grocery store to buy a couple of extra items that you can drop off is a way for you to give back and if each person does that, just one or two, three different items, then it can make a significant difference for your local community,” Mccue said.

You can watch the whole segment below, and if you want to give back, consider contributing to the North Texas Food Bank this year to fight hunger locally.
