In the older neighborhoods of Dallas — those with historic charm, mature trees, walkable streets, and close proximity to entertainment — one of the biggest complaints is the size of the homes. As one agent put it, in several historic Dallas neighborhoods, the word “charming” is often exchangeable with “claustrophobic.”
