If you ever need a Realtor who is sure to work hard for you and go out of his way to help no matter the situation, call Shaun Walding of RE/MAX Dallas Associates.

It just so happened that I needed to chat with a Realtor about a property in the White Rock Lake area that seemed a bit off to me. So I called Shaun and asked him what was up. Not only did Shaun answer the phone (a rare thing in some circles these days) and take my question very seriously, but he drove out to the property in question and did some investigating.

It’s service like Shaun’s that will earn you repeat business and referrals out the wazoo, and that’s why he’s this week’s Featured Realtor sponsored by Great Western Home Loans. Is quality service getting harder to find? Call Jeff Lindigrin at Great Western Home Loans to see what you’re missing.

Another thing we love about Shaun is his matter-of-fact-ness, and with a second home in Banff, we might be tempted to aspire to “bestie” status. Jump to find out more about this straight-shooting Realtor for yourself!

daltxrealestate.com: So, where are you from?

CD: So, how did you get into real estate? What’s your specialty?

Walding: I was recruited by friend from church who was a part owner in a RE/MAX office.

Walding: I’m constantly taking new real estate classes, as well as playing an active part of a worldwide coaching program.

CD: Where is home for you in Dallas?

Walding: White Rock Lake area

CD: And you drive a … let me guess, Range Rover?

Walding: Ford Explorer

CD: What’s your favorite ‘hood in Dallas and why?

Walding: Peninsula; diversity of architecture and views of White Rock Lake

CD: What was your best/highest sale?

Walding: $800,000 representing buyer and seller

Walding: 10 days

CD: How much did you sell last year?

Walding: About $5 million.

CD: What words of wisdom do you often share with clients?

Walding: become a writer for daltxrealestate.com!

CD: We are flattered, Shaun! Do you have a second home? If so, where?

Walding: Yes. Banff, Alberta.

CD: That sure sounds like a great spot especially after this summer. Thanks for participating!
