Isn’t he adorable? This, ladies and gentlemen, is Ryan Schwartz, an up-and-coming Realtor with Rogers Healy and Associates. Not only is this guy whip smart, but he’s generous and friendly, too.
In fact, Schwartz has a certain je ne sais quoi that reminds us a lot of Jeff Lindigrin at Great Western Home Loans. What has your lender done for you lately? Find out what you’re missing by getting in touch with Jeff Lindigrin of Great Western Home Loans today.

daltxrealestate.com: So, where are you from?
Ryan Schwartz: Keller originally, then Cleburne during high school.
CD: So, how did you get into real estate? What’s your specialty?
Schwartz: Real estate is in my DNA. Growing up watching my mother sell real estate and my dad manage our rental company allowed me to learn the business from a young age. I learned to make friends with everyone and to treat everyone with respect. My specialty is connecting peoples’ energy with homes. I believe a home, just like people, has an energy too.
CD: How do you stay sharp in a challenging market?
Schwartz: I communicate, think outside the box, and come from a genuine place. I stay current with the other agent in a transaction, ask the neighbors questions, and always follow up. I like to take a unique approach to selling real estate by being brutally honest. I’m a straight shooter who has compassion and a heart.
CD: Where is home for you in Dallas?
Schwartz: Park Side Cedar Springs. I have lived in my condo four years now. I bought my condo because of the location, its large trees, and private park. It has plenty of room for my fur baby, Cooper, to run around in. It’s also close to shopping, clubs, and the Katy Trail.
CD: And you drive a … let me guess, Range Rover?
Schwartz: If I could only see over the wheel! I prefer my Ford Escape because of the gas mileage. I’d rather impress my clients with my customer service, not my car.
CD: What’s your favorite ‘hood in Dallas and why?
Schwartz: I think right now, south of Henderson is an exciting neighborhood. There are so many incredible modern homes being built. I can’t wait to see what that area looks like in 10 years. It’s close to Central and there are new business’s coming in as well. Sam’s Club is coming in soon!
CD: What was your best/highest sale?
Schwartz: Having the opportunity to sell one person four townhouses at the same time. It was a great feeling to get to help the client find exactly what they wanted in a market with such low inventory. That was an exciting time!
CD: Likewise, what was your most challenging or memorable transaction?
Schwartz: Every transaction has its hurdles, but helping someone who was ill find a new home was truly one of my most memorable and rewarding moments. We had to schedule showing around her doctor’s appointments and surgeries but we managed to find her the perfect home for her and her family.
CD: Tell us: What was the most interesting thing to happen to you while working with a client?
Schwartz: I can’t think of just one occasion, however, I love to share the journey with my clients. I get to work with individuals going through a dramatic change in their lives and they look for me for advice … even when it comes to dating!
CD: How quickly have you ever turned a house?
Schwartz: HA! Minutes. This market is cray cray! I put a home on the market on Sunday night and before going to bed we had 5 offers over asking price.
CD: How much did you sell last year?
Schwartz: Enough to realize that I am in the right line of work, in the right area, and with the right company.
CD: What words of wisdom do you often share with clients?
Schwartz: Trust your gut!
CD: If you ever change careers for an encore you’ll…
Schwartz: … be an international hand model.
CD: Do you have a second home? If so, where?
Schwartz: Rogers Healy & Associates is my second home. We have a unique culture that really allows us to use our individual talents to sell real estate. But don’t bring snacks to the office, Rogers will eat them ALL!
