Happy 2021. Let the good news continue: we know HALL Arts Residences are newest, sleekest, and HEALTHIEST condo story in town. And unlike the year we just dumped — so long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye 2020! — HALL Arts Residences’ story is getting better and better. Let me give you a big hint: it starts with the letter “G”.

From the moment you walk up to the 28-story HALL Arts Residences tower, you know you are in for something special with its glistening exterior and architectural elegance.

And when you step inside the building’s newest model home on the 14th floor, you are absolutely transported.

Designed by the celebrated Gonzalo Bueno of Ten Plus Three, the stunning, 3,838-square-foot home is clean and contemporary yet warm and inviting, offering sweeping views of downtown Dallas and Uptown.

Ten Plus Three has been designing residential and commercial spaces in Dallas and around the world since 2005. The firm’s designs are recognized for celebrating each client’s tastes, leaving each project more unique than the last.

Bueno, one of the firm’s founders, is known for his depth and diverse knowledge of design and architecture. His passions for travel and the beauty of nature were key inspirations for his new home design at HALL Arts Residences.

For Residence 1401, Bueno dreamt of a neutral color palette featuring metallics and earth tones, beautifully complimenting the tower’s clean lines and modern aura. The home’s vast art walls also create the perfect backdrop for the designer’s curated art selections.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is lined with luxurious details throughout, including custom furnishings, seven-inch-wide wood plank flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, Lutron electric shades, Level 5 drywall finishes (the smoothest possible), a Bulthaup kitchen system, Gaggenau appliances and Dornbracht polished-chrome fittings.

The spa-inspired master bath is adorned in marble from head to toe, with dual split vanities, a walk-in shower, and a Kohler Tea-for-Two bathtub. Keep exploring your new sanctuary and you’ll be met by the primary bedroom’s dreamy walk-in closet, designed by Eggersmann — a true masterpiece!

Sleek architecture. Curated design details. A showstopping art collection. The thoughtful design and sophistication cannot be missed throughout the entire HALL Arts Residences project.

With an exclusive collection of just 48 homes, residents enjoy an array of private luxuries, such as the 17,000-square-foot amenity level — featuring a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, climate-controlled wine cellar, catering kitchen, pet spa, pet grooming station, putting green and spacious meeting and event spaces — and private access and privileges at the adjacent HALL Arts Hotel.

We are pretty psyched by this great design and beautiful space parked perfectly in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, with walking proximity to Dallas leading arts venues, museums, and nightlife. Not only does HALL Arts Residences’ unique location make it one of the most desirable sited buildings, just wait until you see the views!
