If you need a landing pad in the Park Cities, where the kids can walk to Highland Park and McCullough Middle Schools, you’re in luck. There is not a better location than Normandy Flats, directly across from Stinson Field!

His most recent development is Normandy Flats. He worked with LRK Architects to fulfill his vision of a clean contemporary Scandinavian concept. LRK is also the powerhouse firm behind The McKenzie in Deep Ellum and The Maxwell in Frisco. 

Gonzales is known for building luxury residential multi-family properties as well as single-family residences. He brings a thoughtful level of detail to his multi-family developments that you seldom see. Those details include a private gated underground garage, Latch keyless entry, semi-private elevators, a Sub-Zero Wolf appliance package, fireplaces in each unit, and a community fireplace with two community grills. There are 21 condos, including a penthouse on the third floor, and there are only three available for lease right now. Normandy Flats was built to feel like single-family dwellings. These sleek modern condos have a sizable principal bedroom with two more ensuite bedrooms.

Even though this is a perfect spot for a relocating family, it’s also an excellent choice for anyone from a big city that would rather leave the car in the garage. The walkability factor is off the charts. Hillcrest Avenue is a few blocks in one direction with shops, restaurants, the Bank of Texas, and Highland Park United Methodist Church. Across Hillcrest, you have Southern Methodist University with the fabulous Meadows Museum and McFarlin Auditorium. Head in the other direction, and you are only four blocks from Turtle Creek Park.
