Easeability Is the Buzzword at the Residences at the Stoneleigh

Easeability is the buzzword at one of Dallas’ most desirable luxury high-rises near Uptown, with stellar location and luxury amenities.

Life is just more convenient at the Residences at the Stoneleigh, a 22-story building at 2300 Wolf Street, nestled between historic Turtle Creek and energetic Uptown. It offers easy access to the Katy Trail, the Arts District, high-end shopping, and some of the city’s finest restaurants.

Residents also get a concierge level of service, said general manager Will Terry, who has been in the hospitality business for over 25 years.

“Anything we can do to make their life easier is what we try to do — our residents have stayed at some of the nicest hotels and homes in the world and so expect service to be of that five-star quality,” Terry said. “Not only do we bring their car around, we deliver their laundry to them, we can deliver their groceries, take them out of their car, bring up them up to their home, stock their refrigerator…it truly is a lock-and-leave kind of lifestyle.”

With that lock-and-leave lifestyle, residents can feel confident everything is going to be taken care of at the Residences at the Stoneleigh, said Terry.

“Although I have been in some of the best in Dallas in the Turtle Creek area, this building is unique,” he said. “We have a 24-hour concierge, we have valet from 7 in the morning to 11, seven days a week, and we have a phenomenal third-floor outdoor dog park, lined with maple trees and with tons of grass — it’s probably the largest outdoor dog park in high rise living.”

There is also a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and spa, as well as an absolutely incredible fitness room. There’s even a banquet room with all the event services of a hotel. Nothing is left unplanned here.

“You really don’t even have to leave your house — if we want food we use Favor and they deliver to the concierge and [it is brought] upstairs,” said resident John East. “If I want to watch a movie, I can either watch it in my media room here or I can go to the second floor and watch it in the gigantic media room with 20 seats. I can [also] use the sauna on the third floor — I legitimately feel like I’m at a luxury hotel, living here.”

The Klyde Warren Park is walking distance.

“The location makes it special and your opportunities are endless,” said Terry. “Not only are we a block away from the Katy Trail, we are just blocks away from the Klyde Warren park and the Crescent, where we have brand new retail and restaurants.”

Some 56 percent of millennials and 46 percent of boomers prefer walkable communities with a range of housing amidst local businesses and public services. The Residences at the Stoneleigh , which gets a Walk Score of 86, meaning it is highly walkable.

The Residences at the Stoneleigh combine a rare real estate opportunity with superior service, fabulous amenities, and that incredible location. They’ve got it all.

Easeability also comes back to the residences themselves. This is one of very few buildings in Dallas where homeowners can buy a shell unit and customize it to be whatever they want, creating their “space in the sky” with spectacular views from rooms and balconies.

Floorplans range from 2,400 to 4,200 square feet, available also as finished units, and some balconies are as large as 240 square feet. Buyers can even combine units to create a home up to 15,000 square feet.

“It’s the perfect way to have total control over the design/build process and each shell will be hand-crafted by one Dallas’ finest homebuilders, TriArc Construction and Sharif & Munir,” said Stoneleigh Sales and Marketing Manger Donna Smith. “We’ve already sold over 60 percent of available units to buyers who understand what a one-of-a-kind property this is in Dallas.”
