What location or area do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?
We have built all over the Dallas area. Right now we are very active in East Dallas and midway Hollow
What’s your go-to architectural style? Traditional? Contemporary? Old World? Modern?
We really appreciate contemporary design.
How does your company provide value to your clients?
Riseman Development Company has built and maintained our reputation on the quality of our work, exceptional customer service, and referral. Our custom home builds and buyers of our spec homes become part of our family. Just yesterday one of us delivered a new baby gift and another delivered a 2-year-old birthday gift, and both were to past clients.
We make a significant donation after each sale to Children’s Medical Center, as our families have personally been touched by blood cancer disorders and making a difference with our donations truly drives us.
Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
There are not a lot of builders that can maintain an exceptional reputation for over 30 years.
What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?
We use the DBA directory and support members. We love the educational benefits, networking, comraderie, and really love current builder trends information.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?
It’s not a huge challenge, but when the price of building materials increases and we need to pass that on, it’s out of our hands.
