The Dallas Native Team of Zackery Thomas, Mary Beth Harrison, Candace Barnes, and Keenan Cowan has joined Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate.

Mary Beth Harrison says she and the Dallas Native Team are happy to now be at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate.

“It was a very difficult decision,” Harrison said. “I’m a pretty loyal person and had given 17 years to Keller Williams.”

As her team’s name suggests, Harrison was born and raised in Dallas. She began her career at Ebby Halliday three decades ago.  Since then, she’s earned Texas Monthly’s Five-Star Real Estate Agent Award, and been named one of D Magazine’s Top Realtors for the past 13 years.  She’s also active in the MetroTex Association of Realtors, and regularly teaches continuing education classes for fell agents.

Moving with her to Dave Perry -Miller are operations manager Candace Barnes, buyer’s agent Zackery Thomas, and marketing coordinator Keenan Cowan. Together they have brokered more than 2,100 deals over the past dozen years.

“I don’t do anything without my team,” Harrison said. “We’ve been talking about this for several months. We knew we needed to make a move but we just didn’t know where to go that would allow us to keep doing what we are doing.”

Among the factors that enticed her to choose Dave Perry-Miller was strong leadership and the opportunity to bring her personality and branding into the system.

“A lot of companies wouldn’t do that, but here they encourage it,” she said. “I’m very entrepreneurial. I bring a lot of marketing and my clients expect that.”

Going forward she believes this change will allow her close bigger deals and better serve clients.

“I love everything about this industry and I love being surrounded by people who work and think like I do.”
