What location do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?
Dallas/East Dallas; Henderson, Lowest Greenville. Proximity to downtown, varying architectural styles, trendy transitioning neighborhoods, Old large trees.
What is your go-to architectural style?
Soft Modern and Transitional appear to be the growing need in the market.
How does your company provide value to your clients? Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
Quality product at an affordable cost. We use high-end designer finishes, full automation capability is standard with every home, extensive ceiling details, appliances for a chefs kitchen, and with modern details typically found only in upscale homes.
What does being a member of DBA do for you and your business?
The Dallas Builders Association is great for general networking, an excellent source for city and permit information, and continuing education. It allows me to network with other respected builders and provides access to qualified reputable contractors.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market, and what are you doing to overcome it?
Increasing land costs as we are constantly looking for the next spot to build. To provide as much value as we can, we try and start with a lower upfront cost. That can only be achieved through constant searching.
