Considering how many arguments almost ended in fisticuffs, I don’t think I could closely work with my siblings on a day-to-day basis, but that’s what Adam and Amir Hamghalam do with their custom homebuilding brand Modern Design Brothers. And not only do they work together closely, but they do it well after just five years in the home building business.

How does your company provide value to your clients?
From design to detailing, we take a hands-on approach to home building because we know that a personal approach produces the best results.
Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
We are not accepting too many projects and have the vision of staying small so we both Amir and I (Adam) can be constantly present at the job site to guarantee a great product.
What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?
Great guidance! We are utilizing TAB contracts.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?
The market has been good to us so far, not much in the way challenges!
