Graham Hart Home Builder’s specialty designs are modern-farmhouse and transitional-style homes.

A Colleyville-based homebuilder is marking its expansion into Arlington and Waxahachie with a new office space.

Graham Hart Home Builder opened its office at 1109 Glade Road, moving from its existing space next door, the company announced last week.

The stand-alone, 5,123-square-foot office was designed in much the style of the homes it builds — contemporary ranch style with floor-to-ceiling windows and light fixtures.

“These past few years were ones of incredible growth for our company that spurred the need for an updated office,” Shawn Goff, the company’s founder, said in a statement.

“Our new home truly embodies the distinct design that can be seen in our residential builds.”

When the pandemic emerged, Graham Hart paused its growth plan because of uncertainty in homebuilders and other factors, Goff told the Dallas Business Journal last year. The company has since shifted back into growth mode.

Graham Hart, which was founded in 1995, has built in communities mostly in the western half of Dallas-Fort Worth.

It has communities in northwest Fort Worth, Colleyville, and North Richland Hills. The builder plans to expand next year with Hogan’s Cottages in Arlington and Waterfall Ranch in Waxahachie.

“There is still a high need for housing in these two areas and we’re ready to lay down roots with these new communities,” Goff said.

In the next fiscal year, Graham Hart plans to boost its construction starts by 55 percent with 200 single-family homes, including the completion of the Eden Estates community in North Richland Hills and the new phase in Talon Hills near Eagle Mountain Lake in Fort Worth.

Since 1995, the company has built more than 1,000 homes, including some luxury homes in Preston Manor in Colleyville.
