Here’s a free tip for Tarrant County Tuesday: If you ever have the opportunity to purchase a home builder’s personal home … jump on it! Trust me, you’ll thank me later.
Before I became the Bow Tie Realtor, I was the Bow Tie Sales Guy who worked for 10-plus years in new construction and home builders in the Fort Worth area. I love, love, love new homes and the building process from soup-to-nuts. Here’s some inside scoop.
Advantages of a Builder’s Home
It makes total sense if you think about it. A builder is going to put their best foot forward when it comes to their personal home. It is a direct reflection of their company, quality, and is a perfect opportunity to showcase what their company is capable of building. A builder is going to add all the bells and whistles on their own home. Whether it is design or location or innovation, they are going go all out when it comes to goodies in the home. No expense is spared.
Contractors who do the work on a builder’s home are also going to do their best work because they want to impress the builder and hopefully get more and more jobs as a result of their good work.
If you come across a builder’s personal home … snatch it up quickly!
Integrity Homes in La Cantera — A Builder’s Home
That unique opportunity is upon you at 5205 Caliza Court in the Fort Worth neighborhood of La Cantera at Team Ranch.
Built by the owner of Integrity Homes in 2017, this French Provincial home on a private cul-de-sac with spectacular views is one of 16 homes in the gated community built by Integrity Homes.
The home features nearly 5,000 square feet with five bedrooms and five-and-one-half bathrooms. If you have to go, you should never have to wait! The open floor plan is immense and yet very personal.
No expense was spared on this home. With the builder personally overseeing all aspects of construction, you can rest assured that this home is in tip-top shape.
Most of the living is on the first floor, with the second floor of this beautiful home offering the perfect guest suite with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a comfortable living area.
And check out the patio! Think the summer heat will slow you down? Not when you have automatic shades coming down so you can enjoy the views and the outdoors.
And 5205 Caliza Court is listed for $1.6 million by Ross Utley of 6th Avenue Homes.
