The agent, of course, knows better and says this home is located in the heart of North Dallas. Original hardwood floors in the living room. Cozy cozy: four bedrooms, four full baths (one for each bedroom!) and carpet in most of the bedrooms. I spy stainless in the kitchen, wood-like counters. There is even a mother in law suite in the rear. Agent says “Property is close to schools in a convenient location with nearby highways and main streets.” YEP, how about I-35! Not bad for $185,000. I’m sold, how about you?
