DR-Horton-5This is the thing about dealing with these big huge home builders: it’s hard to get hold of the corporate folks. My first phone calls got me to someone who cannot be quoted because this is a news blog, all information has to come from corporate. But I did find out that the Exall townhome prices will start in the low $400’s, and the project is under construction. As we can see. Models will be open later this summer, and sales will start in August.

So maybe the mess will only be there until then?
