With the release today of Real Trend’s “The Thousand” and “America’s Best” – real estate’s most highly anticipated national and state rankings (respectively) – something we already knew has just been confirmed.
The Perry-Miller Streiff Group has taken their excellence to another level.
This elite 8-member group now finds themselves in the Top 50 groups nationwide (medium-sized teams). After finishing No. 54 last year with $125,000,000, they climbed this year to No. 49 with sales totaling nearly $169,500,000. Incredible. Impressive. Incredibly impressive!
But it’s worth noting this is probably only a temporary stop on their ascent to the top. They have already reached last year’s total number in Pendings and Solds so far this year, and it’s only mid June!
In addition to The Thousand, the Perry-Miller Streiff Group also achieved the more localized designation of America’s Best (again, for medium-sized teams). They finished the year at:
- No. 1 in Dallas
- No. 1 in North Texas
- No. 2 in all of Texas

In 16 years of publishing the rankings, Real Trends has never seen this type of growth.
