Life in the Dallas Arts District is now elevated in every way possible with these beautiful, brand-new residences fresh on the market.

In fact, this might be the only development in the city that’s actually good for your health! HALL Arts Residences is one fresh, forward-thinking project.

The ultra-luxury high-rise in the heart of the Dallas Arts District is now open, a gleaming 28 stories tall with homes that average an impressive 3,800 square feet.

So much thought has gone into every detail, especially the focus on wellness and amenities. The building has countless sought-after features, including an expansive 17,000-square-foot amenity level that includes a resort-style pool and heated spa with views of the surrounding arts venues, a climate-controlled wine cellar for private storage, a full catering kitchen, a private dog park with a grooming station, a putting green and spacious entertaining and meeting spaces overlooking the Winspear Opera House. Life at 1747 Leonard Street is far from ordinary.

That goes for the model homes, too. Now open for exploring, both were designed by local Dallas firms with unique points of view. The big idea? To showcase how the sleek architecture and curated design details of the HALL Arts Residences create the perfect backdrop for every style of art and décor — classical, traditional, modern or any combination imaginable.

Residence 301 is by Dunbar Road Design.

Its founder, Carla Fonts Hrncir, gets her worldly aesthetic from her Cuban grandmother and mother — “the type of women who traveled to Paris to purchase table linens for entertaining,” says Dunbar Road’s website, dunbar-road.com.

Carla mixes all kinds of styles into her work — traditional, modern, Bohemian — and you can really feel that in Residence 301, a two-bedroom, two-bath home on the building’s third floor. Here, the décor is glamorous, a mix of shapely furnishings played against energetic art and photography curated by Baker Schorr Fine Art — with pops of color by way of a pink velvet slipper chair, exotic print pillows and flashes of gold metal accents here and there.

The views from the 1,612-square-foot home are as vibrant as the décor: wide, sweeping vistas gazing toward Uptown and directly at the architecturally renowned Dallas Arts District.

Residence 201 is by Scott + Cooner, a showroom that has been bringing cutting-edge European furnishings to Dallas for 25 years.

Lloyd Scott and Josy Cooner Collins were in some pretty uncharted waters when they opened in 1995.

“There were always modernists here in Dallas,” Lloyd says, “you just had to poke around to find them.”

Well, they did — and you can see the new definition of contemporary style in Residence 201, a two-bedroom home on the building’s second floor, with two full baths and a half bath.

A controlled palette of beiges and creams makes a quiet backdrop for a collection of edgy contemporary art and photography, also muted in hue. Look closer, though, and you will see that the furnishings are a sophisticated mix of textures and materials, including wood, glass, metal and both nubby and smooth fabrics.

A particular thrill here are the views: a direct, cinematic look at some of the Arts District’s most striking venues, including the Wyly Theatre and its shimmering tubular aluminum skin and the Winspear Opera House and its gleaming red glass forms.

Versatility, location, views, outdoor amenities: HALL Arts Residences has it all. There is nothing like it. You even get to enjoy all the luxuries of the adjacent HALL Arts Hotel, including great dining, stunning private rooms for entertaining, an expansive fitness area and private room service directly to your home.

This is one building that will get you off the fence if you’re considering moving into a luxury high-rise because it truly does offer the same lifestyle you can get at a large, private estate without all of the maintenance and fuss! And, it may even be BETTER for your health!
