Quarantine. Social Distancing. Isolation. Call it what you want but these are crazy times for sure. Did you ever envision we’d all be working from home, stockpiling toilet paper and rubbing alcohol?
Life must go on, and so must Tarrant County Tuesday! As long as there are homes with tales to tell, sanitizer on my hands, and a bow tie around my neck, I’m your huckleberry.
Pondering topics for this week’s edition (and probably coming weeks as well – depending on quarantine) I have decided to revisit Tarrant County Tuesday homes of the past in order to create the 2020 Quarantine Dream Home — you know, the place we all would rather be right about now.
Hope you enjoy, stay safe, keep reading, and keep following! We will get through this together.

The Indoor Slide
Early in the life of Tarrant County Tuesday, your Bow Tie Realtor enjoyed a spectacular listing in the guarded neighborhood of Montserrat. To be sure, 9472 Sagrada Park was a spectacular home.
Aside from the grandeur of this home, the grounds, pool, guest home and location — one room had an indoor slide! If you have to be isolated in a home for a while, at least you have an indoor slide!
Who Has a Green Thumb?
Maybe you are into gardening but worried about going outside. Have no fear, the home at 4013 Clayton Road East in the Ridglea Hills neighborhood featured in 2018 had an amazing indoor greenhouse!

Owners can literally get out of bed, walk a few steps, slide open the door and be in a jungle of greenery and humidity!

Fun in The Sun
Who knows how long this quarantine will last. Weeks? Months? More months?! Let’s hope not, but spring and summer are here, so we need to have a rockin’ pool in the 2020 Quarantine Dream Home.

The elevated pools and spa of the condominiums of Montgomery Plaza (with cabanas and putting green and more) is just what the CDC ordered. Featured just about every year in Tarrant County Tuesday since 2016, Montgomery Plaza remains a popular condo destination on the westside of Fort Worth.
Don’t Worry. We’ve Only Just Begun.
Not to worry Dirty Readers. I’m envisioning a few more parts to the 2020 Quarantine Dream Home. If you have suggestions of previously featured Tarrant County Tuesday homes that would be perfect for our Dream Home, let me know!
