Hi Candy and Jo,

I’m a casting producer for a new HGTV HOME RENOVATION pilot that will be hosted by local Fort Worth HGTV Flip or Flop stars Andy and Ashley Williams. We’re reaching out to lenders, brokers, realtors, bloggers in the DFW area who may know of people or have clients who would love the opportunity to not only get the home renovation of their dreams but also appear on HGTV!

To be eligible to be on the show, you must:

  •  Currently own a home or just purchased a home in the DFW area within the last 6 months or be closing on the home they wish to renovate by July 2
  • Home MUST be a ‘fixer upper’ or in need of a major renovations
  • Have a minimum renovation budget of $60,000
  • Renovation must include: kitchen, dining room, living room and front exterior (a master bedroom, backyard or a bathroom could be added if the budget is big enough)
  • Be willing and able to move out of the house during a 7-9 week renovation period (unfortunately we do not pay for housing or storing of belongings)
  • Be fun and outgoing homeowners with big personalities
  • Be 21 years or older

In addition to their groundbreaking work with HGTV Andy and Ashley are military Veterans, renovators and realtors. The couple met in Iraq, where Ashley completed three combat tours and Andy served as a U.S. Marine. They are extremely passionate about supporting Veteran owned businesses and mentoring Veterans interested in renovation and real estate as a way to transition from service. If selected, the renovation will help drive their mission!

Please let me know if you have any question. I’ll attach our casting call- feel free to pass on to your team. Thank you!

Jasmine Farrow, Casting Producer
