We’ve been waiting for this moment for what feels like ages, but the brand-spanking new Ebby Halliday office just across the street from Southlake Town Square is now open, and it is a beauty. Built at the intersection of style and technology, the new office on Southlake Boulevard has room after room of sleek meeting space, offices, and workspace with an emphasis on design.
“This beautiful new office, built from the ground up over the past year, offers a superior location and is a statement of our commitment to serving Tarrant County for many years to come,” said Ebby Halliday Companies CFO Ron Burgert.
LaWanna Thompson did an amazing job with these interiors. Such a knockout! We’ve been following along as the new office site was selected, ground was broken, and walls went up on the Ebby blog, and we’re so thrilled to see this incredible new 12,560-square-foot space go up in such a hot location. Carolyn Rosson, who’s been the manager of the Southlake Ebby office since 2008, will helm this new cutting-edge space.
“We are assisting clients with one of the most-expensive and important transactions of their lifetime,” said Rosson. “It is important that we utilize all of the resources that we can to best serve their needs.”
Those resources include Apple TVs that will help agents show the big picture of the real estate market without having several clients huddling over a small screen. And every inch of the office will house important services, including title, lending, and insurance. The space also includes a bistro for agents and clients and a child-friendly place for clients to let their kids play while working with Ebby agents.
