I got a rather urgent text from our lovely Candace Tharp just moments ago, directing me to the Park Cities Online Yard Sale Facebook Group. Sandwiched between posts selling some designer jean cutoffs and an antique chest was this post from a member:
First: $650,000? What do you think of that price, Realtors?
Second: Do you think this is a good way for owners to test the waters? Of course, Rogers Healy was one of the first Realtors to tell the sellers to call him ASAP. We have a note out to Rogers right now just to see if he’s had any bites or a buyer that is hard and fast.
