Sometimes when we think about a luxury lease, often we don’t give it enough thought because we won’t be there forever. But long gone are the days of just needing a place to lay our head at night. “I want to build cool houses, and I feel I can deliver something different than what everyone else is doing,” Finfer tells Daltxrealestate.com. “I also build as if I were moving into the home. So, I give careful thought to the view out of each window, flexibility, and maintenance. I build homes that are not going to have issues and that will last.”
It was critical to Finfer to stage the home so people could understand the livability factor. He brought in Lisa Stapp, owner of Staged by Stapp, to add the right touch to this curated contemporary.
“We wanted to showcase that the main space is easy to divide into three separate living areas,” Stapp said. “It’s a large home that’s perfect for a family, with nanny quarters and a bonus room. What I really love are the quirky elements. It’s like Scott hid Easter eggs all over the house, and you suddenly come across something you don’t normally see that’s delightful.“
