Buying this beauty in Colleyville’s exclusive Montclair Parc neighborhood will bring good luck in 2024 for whoever is fortunate enough to snag it. Why? The home’s first owners hired Dallas architect J. Wilson Fuqua, noted for his Spanish Revival homes found in Highland Park. The exterior details make it a showstopper even before setting foot inside.
