Dallas is lucky to have many high-rise luxury buildings, but the Residences at the Stoneleigh are different. Initially designed to have 175 units, the design was fortunately rethought, resulting in a plan for 75. Since then, so many people have purchased two units to combine that there are now only 64. Think about that for just a minute. Residents here love the Stoneleigh Residences so much they are always on the lookout for available units to expand their homes! 

Now one of the best condos in the building is for sale — Unit 4A.

“This floor is unique,” listing agent Sanders Avrea said. “The fourth-floor units have higher ceilings than the others, which creates an even more spacious feeling in an already enormous condo. Each floor typically has four units, but one resident combined two, so there are only three on this floor. Pound for pound, this particular home, with the open living floor plan and high ceilings, make it feel even larger. It feels like a residential home.”

Let’s get to those luxury high-rise amenities before we talk about this gorgeous condo.

First, we have a valet to whisk your car to one of the seven parking spots that come with this unit. And, no not every single one comes with that many parking spaces. Most have three, so this is a coup if you are a car collector.

Next, we have possibly the best concierge service in the city. And, with everyone trying to play it as safe as possible today, one of the best features is a direct elevator entry.

You can use the outdoor fireplace for cookouts or order room service from the Stoneleigh Hotel across the street. That’s what I mean by the hotel/spa living experience. Who wouldn’t want to come home after a long day and not have to think about cooking? Sign me up!

We’ve written extensively about the Residences at the Stoneleigh, but when we get the word that one of these beautiful condos is for sale, our collective hearts still skip a beat, and we wait patiently for the photos. We are never disappointed, and 4A is exquisite. That’s primarily because the incredibly talented interior designer Barry Williams selected all of the finish-out.

So, when you see the Blue Quartzite fireplace mantle, custom oak herringbone flooring, Cowtan and Tout wallcoverings, and the Fusion Green Quartzite island countertop with a custom edge thank Barry for that! Of course, well-respected general contractors, TriArc Construction, did the heavy lifting!

The team at George Bass Stage & Design added their magic touch so potential buyers can truly appreciate how this home lives.

I mentioned this luxury high-rise condo is enormous. With 4,024 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, that open floor plan offers a generous amount of entertaining space.

I’m impressed the kitchen was enclosed because it allows you to keep catering out of view. I’ve never been a fan of seeing and hearing food prep while you are having cocktails and trying to enjoy the gorgeous views.
