Highrise living — and we’re talking living at the tippy-top, y’all — doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg and leave you with that vague sinking feeling. Would you believe me if I told you that you could live on the 20th floor in the W Residences at Victory Park for less than $400K? You can, y’all! And you can get all of the eyebrow wagging cachet and amenities that come with living inside The W.

This unit, which is on the 20th floor, has amazing views and a great open floor plan through the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Plus you get a great little balcony/terrace. Of course, you get access to all of the swank amenities at the W Hotel, including 24-hour valet, private pool, room service, access to the spa, and a location you can’t beat!

Unit 2001 at the W Residences is marketed by Clay Stapp + Co. Realtor Kim Hoggatt for $369,000, which considering the location and level of this unit, is not bad at all. This condo is 825 square feet, with one bedroom and one bath. You get gorgeous limestone floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, built-in Miele appliances, a fantastic open plan kitchen, and a hallway lined with closet space.

This is one of those condos that could convince me to pare down for real! Imagine what kind of “stuff” you’d have to shed to live in 825 square feet. If you have a little overflow, it’s nothing the added storage units can’t handle, though. That’s almost “tiny-home” level small, though it’s not as intimate as the crappy apartment I lived in when I first moved to Dallas. And with a location inside Victory Park, you might even be able to ditch your car, too, though considering that you get two secure parking spaces with this unit, you don’t have to.

The master bedroom is a good size at 11 x 14, and thanks to the color on the walls, feels much more dramatic. It’s the bathroom that’s truly surprising, though. Covered in stone, this bathroom has an oversized free-standing soaking tub and a beautiful full-sized shower. Sure, it has a rather bargain-basement looking vanity with only one sink, but that’s an easy fix!
