Pat Safian joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty after spending the past five years affiliated with Coldwell Banker. The move is somewhat of a homecoming for her. She began her career with Brants Realtors, which is now under the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s banner. According to her, the firm’s exceptional marketing and commitment to luxury service were deciding factors.

“It’s not just selling luxury properties,” she said. “We do all price ranges. It’s about the luxury experience.”

Before becoming a Realtor, Safian taught high school math for eight years. She came to realize that she did not want to work in a classroom all day, every day for the rest of her life. Going back into sales was an attractive option, but she wasn’t sure where to turn. Then a friend suggested real estate. Since she couldn’t think of a reason not to give it a shot, she earned her license during her last teaching semester. Her business has been growing ever since.

“I just enjoy knowing that I’m helping someone with one of their biggest decisions, helping to guide them so that they can make the right move,” she said. “Happy clients end up becoming returning clients.”

Most of Safian’s business is centered around Forth Worth and the Midcities, though she also has projects, in Weatherford, Aledo, and Grand Prairie, among other locales. So far it’s been smooth sailing for her at Briggs.  She’s been impressed with how their marketing materials support agents, as well as how the staff has helped her with administrative tasks.  She marvels at the high-tech tools she now uses that have made many cumbersome tasks easier to tackle.

During her downtime, Safian tries to walk or ride her bike every day. She enjoys painting and has various works strewn throughout her home. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her four-year-old granddaughter and two-year-old grandson who live in Stephenville. They love getting regular visits from grandma.
