“One of a kind.”  How many times have we heard that phrase? We often hear it when referencing athletes, jewelry, clothing or articles of interest, but what really is “one of a kind?”  Most of the time we aren’t even sure how to punctuate it.

According to our friends in the worldwide interwebs, “one of a kind” means not like anything else in the world — truly unique. Maybe we need to re-think things when we use that phrase, but not when we talk about a one-of-a-kind condominium located at 2600 West 7th Street #1801 in the Montgomery Plaza building.

The utmost in condo look and feel!

The History of Montgomery Plaza

If you know Fort Worth, then surely are aware of one of the most iconic landmarks in all of Cowtown.  Built in 1928 as the flagship Montgomery Ward store, the Mission Revival architectural features are easily recognized.

Luxury at your fingertips in the contemporary kitchen – and this has gas to property!!!

Over the years, the building has survived the “worst flood in the history of Fort Worth,” in 1949 as well as powerful F3 tornado that ripped the building and much of the West 7th area to pieces in 2000.

Since 2004, the building was transformed into Montgomery Plaza and houses not only luxury condominiums but many attractive dining, social, and entertainment venues.

Now back to the one-of-a-kind condo — No. 1801.  If you are looking for the ultimate condo experience — where you can live, work, and play while never having to get into a car — this is it.

The first thing you will notice is the windows.  If you aren’t into having windows and light, then this is probably not the place for you.

No need for a rooster or alarm clock. Wake up with the sun! Home faces north so not too much direct light.

If you like soaring ceilings and windows with views for miles and miles, then keep on reading!

Every angle, every nook of this 1,310-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom abode has a view.  Well maybe not the closet or the loo, but you know what I mean.

Views, Views, And More Views

The award-winning pool area is currently under renovation at Montgomery Plaza, but that should be done in a few months.  Check out the view from the living room.  Also, imagine a starry night and what that will look like from this condo.

Urban living at its finest – below the Montgomery Plaza pool and cabana area is under renovation – but will be completed soon.

This loft condominium at 2600 West 7th Street #1801 is soon to hit MLS from agents Alana Long and Debbie Hunn of Williams Trew Real Estate.  The condo will be priced at $525,000 and is certainly a one-of-a-kind opportunity.
