Moderne Condos Progressing in Fort Worth’s Linwood Neighborhood

The Moderne at Linwood is aiming for May 2020 completion date

In January we featured an upcoming condominium project in the revitalized Linwood neighborhood called, The Moderne at Linwood.

After sloughing through the permit and the waiting game that so many new construction projects have to deal with, The Moderne is under construction and blowing-and-going.

The Moderne will have 43 units with one- and two-bedroom floor plans, all single story, all with balconies.

Framing of the 44-condominium projects is expected to be completed in 2019 with a completion date scheduled of May 2020.

Currently, 16 condos are reserved or sold — with many fabulous ones still available.  All dwellings will have walk-out balconies, gas, wood floors, and a choice of finishes. Here’s what I had to say earlier this year:

Much of the land in Linwood is spoken for. However, at the corner of Wingate Street and Foch Street, construction will soon begin on this new condo project.

Designed by the Fort Worth architecture firm of Fender Andrade and developed by FW Urban Homes, LLC, all condos will be single-level, open floor plans with private balconies, gourmet kitchens, over-sized bathrooms, and filled with technological advances.

The community will feature ample and assigned parking, a doggie park, community pool, private mailboxes and package delivery, and an exclusive area for residents to host parties or events.

Owners will have influence over selections — traditional or contemporary finishes — so now is the perfect time to get on the reservation list.
