We believe this is the right way to build.”
Knowing the internal mechanisms of a home are solid creates a giant sigh of relief on the part of potential buyers, but we all know it’s looks that sell. Our goal is to build a great house someone is going to like,” he said. “I enjoy the flexibility of this industry, being able to create something and change the landscape of a neighborhood. We want to build homes that people will enjoy and that will look good for years. Every plan we create has to pass what we call the test of time. It has to look good 20 years from now, and it has to fit into the neighborhood.”
