High Hill Creates Exclusive Founders Club For Homebuyers

Advantages of Being an Early BuyerExclusive Founders Club Early Buyer Impressions

High Hill Resort Community is on phase two of its master plans to create the ultimate laidback luxury getaway tucked away in the Piney Woods of East Texas. Building off the established vacation destination currently at High Hill, this phase two entails building 55 homes for families looking to own a vacation home while enjoying a return on their investments at High Hill. Phase three will see another 55 homes built and at complete build-out, the master-planned community will have 110 homes.

For nearly eight years, High Hill has been in the business of creating one-of-a-kind resort experiences for guests, but they have never offered a way for guests to own a piece of the property. Early buyers are getting a front-row seat in watching the second phase of this resort community take shape while earning an additional stream of income for themselves.

The first 10 individuals or families that purchase a home in the community will receive an exclusive invite-only membership to the Founders Club at High Hill. Founding members will become a part of High Hill history for years to come through this prestigious club, High Hill officials say.

Advantages of Being an Early Buyer

As we previously mentioned, the resort community at High Hill spans over 175 acres of rolling hills in East Texas for the ultimate laidback luxury getaway. Although the community is underway with its plans to build out 110 second homes, early buyers can enjoy the fine-dining restaurant, resort-style pool with swim-up bar, 7-acre lake, white sandy beaches, walking and biking trails, and 3,000-seat amphitheater right now. The 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space — to house restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and clothing boutiques —and 6-bay automated golf range is set to break ground in early 2024.

“We’ve enjoyed seeing the early homebuyers really take advantage of the opportunity we’re presenting with High Hill,” Jason Romano, owner and developer says. “They are getting to create their dream vacation homes in a community that functions as a full-service resort while making a return on their investments.”

As an early buyer at High Hill Resort Community, you are getting a one-of-a-kind vacation property in Texas at a competitive price point. Each home comes fully furnished, thoughtfully designed by lead designer Yvette Leihgeber and maintained by the well-established management team through High Hill.

In addition to watching the second phase of this master-planned community take shape from the ground up, the early buyers are getting a piece of this property for a steal of a price. As demand continues to rise, the price of homes will rise and has already increased since the breaking ground last summer.

Exclusive Founders Club

Creating fully customized homes that are intentionally designed isn’t a new concept for Jason Romano. He has been in the home-building industry for nearly 30 years and it isn’t lost on him that he gets to be a part of many families’ homes that create lifelong memories.

“We want people to experience what we get to experience out here day in and day out,” Jason says. “We want families out here with us that are fully bought into the notion that we need time to unplug and recharge every once in a while. Those are the types of people we hope will shape our Founders Club.”

The Founders Club membership includes VIP invites to special events, wine club membership with annual perks, exclusive merchandise, and a personal golf cart with an exclusive decal. Members will also be included on the gallery wall and have an engraved paver around the Founders Fountain.

Early Buyer Impressions

I spoke with two families who are already in the Founders Club to get a better understanding of what this means in their own words.

Suzi Parrish and her family recently moved into their fully-furnished home at the beginning of 2023. She talked about the seamless process with Jason and the High Hill team.

“When we first bought our site, we didn’t realize how quickly our custom home was going to be completed,” says Suzi. “It was so simple and fast! We love how you can really feel the intentionality Jason put into our home and that every room has a view. Not a detail was left out.”

She goes on to mention that the entire process was turnkey — from design to building, to furniture purchasing. Suzi now has a home that her growing family can enjoy for the week without worrying about the upkeep as the High Hill Management team completely takes care of the maintenance and upkeep.

“We love that we have a gathering place for our family to meet and relax. Our kids are graduating from college and we know our family will expand. It’s great to have this place large enough to fit everyone, less than two hours from Dallas, and has many of the same amenities as the 30A area of Florida, a place we love to frequent as a family.”

Jessica Richter’s family bought land last September and their home is currently under construction with plans to close in the next four weeks.

“You can tell right away how passionate Jason is about what he does,” Jessica mentions. “He is a real visionary, able to paint such a vivid picture of future plans on a project. It’s impossible to not be excited about what’s coming!”

Jessica is looking forward to the completion of all amenities as there will be something for everyone while on vacation. She believes the resort community at High Hill will provide an epic space for creating lifelong memories with family and friends.

“We are still in the early stages of High Hill, but there’s so much upside in terms of investment,” Jessica adds. “We’re at the forefront of a place that is going to be well-known and highly sought after. It’s fun to help build something from the ground up — quite literally!”
