After working together informally for years at the luxury leading Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Richard Graziano and Brittany Mathews have formed a powerhouse team of next-generation leader Realtors to provide the highest level of client service.

As top residential real estate agents, Graziano and Mathews say their goal is to be the best two-person team at Allman and in North Texas. Both Graziano and Mathews have been consistently recognized as Top Producers by D Magazine.

“In this changing market, bringing together two experienced agents made all the sense in the world,” Graziano said. “We are here for the long haul.”

Besides working well together and sharing the same values and ethics, the two agents and their families live on the same block in West Highland Park.

“We both are committed to our clients, whether they are moving across town or around the world,” Mathews said. “As partners, we are taking that service to even greater heights.”

Together, the pair brings 25 years of experience and over $325M in combined sales, all with the Allman firm. They are well connected in the community and with other agents, which has allowed them to sell millions of dollars in homes. Most sales are on the public databases, but they also help buyers find high-value homes before they are listed through their extensive networks.

In one entirely private transaction, Graziano brought the seller and buyer together before a For Sale sign went in the yard.

The Allman firm, which handled almost $4 billion in transactions last year, has been very supportive of their becoming a team.

“We are thrilled to see two of our strongest, young agents bring their talents, experience, and networks together,” said president Keith Conlon.

“We love Allman,” Mathews said. “It is a wonderful company. It is number one in all of our neighborhoods.”

As strategic real estate sales and marketing experts with an incredible group of business and personal connections, Graziano and Mathews have set several sales records. In 2021, Graziano and Mathews closed more than $80 million in sales.

As specialists in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, and neighboring communities, Graziano and Mathews have helped relocating families find their perfect home.

Graziano, who grew up in North Texas, serves on the Executive Board for Dwell with Dignity, transforming lives through design. He has two children and his oldest son attends The da Vinci School.

A Baylor University graduate, Mathews is an active member of the Cattle Baron’s Ball that raises millions of dollars annually to fight cancer. She is also a parent volunteer at Episcopal School Dallas and Wesley Prep.
