Fastest-Growing Real Estate Agent Offers Market Insight For 2023

Dallas’ fastest-growing real estate agent, Eric Narosov of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, sold more than $70 million in his third year in the business.

To earn a spot as the fastest-growing real estate agent in Dallas, Eric Narosov relied on two important and time-tested methods: working hard and connecting with people.

On the weekends, you’ll often find this Allie Beth Allman & Associates agent holding four open houses, two on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Before opening the home, he checks to see what homes are available nearby – just in case he needs to offer options to any potential buyer who visits.

“It’s about being knowledgeable and available,” he said. “I hold four open houses a week to better serve my clients, and I do that extra research so those potential clients become my clients, too.”

That’s why the 29-year-old agent sold more than $70 million in real estate in 2022, only his third year in the business. He sold $9 million his first year and $29.5 million his second.

“This is an incredible accomplishment for an agent that began his career just three years ago,” Keith Conlon, the brokerage’s president, said. “In 2022, he grew his business over 600 percent. When you look at the national numbers, he has blown way past the annual average for agent sales volume.”

The Plano native learned sales basics working for one the largest ancillary health care companies in the country. “Everything was door-to-door for me,” he recalled.

When he transitioned to real estate, he chose Allie Beth Allman & Associates because the brokerage’s values aligned with his, from the focus on people first to the importance of loyalty, trust and discretion.

After a brief stint at another Dallas brokerage, Narosov returned to Allie Beth Allman & Associates to work with the city’s top real estate agent, Alex Perry.

“I knew Alex would help me take my business to the next level,” Narosov said. “Like me, he focuses on relationships first. Today, a lot of people look at all the bells and whistles of technology and they dismiss relationships. But people are the most important part of this business.”

Brokerage founder Allie Beth Allman said Narosov’s success all comes down to hard work.

“It’s so refreshing to see a new generation embrace time-tested business values,” she said. “It’s all about the hard work you put in.”

Narosov’s sales span DFW’s premier neighborhoods, with recent closings representing seller or buyer clients at 5233 Yolanda Lane, 9226 Hathaway and 4540 San Gabriel Drive in Preston Hollow, and 5622 Bryn Mawr Drive in Bluffview.

Looking toward the 2023 market, he said that as the market shifts, sellers and buyers will need to connect with the agent who will work the hardest, “because you’re going to need creativity and strategy to close the deal.”
