This week’s Tarrant County Tuesday will highlight a myriad of homes in the Arlington Heights neighborhood that have colorful front doors.

One of the exciting parts of this exercise was that it didn’t take long at all to find homes with bright and attention-getting front doors.  Just like the neighborhood of Arlington Heights, these homes are full of charm and character mixed in with a little pizzazz.

Baby Blue Doors

4837 Birchman Avenue has a baby blue front door – and you can’t miss the exterior either

4837 Birchman Avenue is a single-story home on a corner homesite that features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,631 square feet.  The home was built in 1920 and has recently been updated with an entirely new interior.

A private suite master addition with large walk-in master closet is just one of the updates in this home.  Spray foam insulation and new siding add to the energy efficiencies of being an updated dwelling.

4837 Birchman Avenue is listed by Madeline Mrozek of Keller Williams Fort Worth.  The asking price is currently $319,900.

Red Doors

4620 El Campo Avenue has a door that pops with color

You won’t miss this home as you drive down the street.  The contrast of the bright red door against the trendy gray exterior make the home at 4620 El Campo Avenue stand apart from the rest.

Featuring 1,506 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home, built in 1924, has beautiful hardwood floors, open areas, and amazing curb appeal.

The kitchen has plenty of space for gatherings, and the back yard provides a lot of shade when enjoying the summer evenings.

4620 El Campo Avenue is currently listed for $335,000 by Sanford Finklestein of Keller Williams Fort Worth.

Yellow Doors

This 2,805-square-foot home built in 1945 is one of the larger homes in Arlington Heights with four bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms.

Open the bright yellow door and you’ll find tongue-and-groove hardwood floors in the formal living and dining room, an updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and tons of counter space, and a large family room with fireplace.

The home also has a second story with additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

4033 Pershing Avenue is listed by the legendary Carol Van Hook of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate for $375,000.

Bright Teal Doors

Doors of a color flock together
Not just teal but Bright Teal is the door color of 3712 El Campo Avenue in Arlington Heights

Our final brightly colored door is found in the home at 3712 El Campo Avenue.   A two-story home of 2,364 square feet, it is found minutes from so many attractions of Fort Worth.

The plan boasts an open and charming floor plan with large rooms, updated materials and is move-in ready!

3712 El Campo is listed for $375,000 by Tracy Amaya of Re/Max Trinity.

Hopefully this will shed some light on a few homes in a great Fort Worth neighborhood that are doing the little things — like fun colored doors — to separate themselves from the pack.  Enjoy!
