Farmers Branch is a formerly sleepy suburb undergoing a Renaissance as the city better utilizes parks and green space, dilapidated houses are being torn down on the city’s dime, and higher quality homes are being built. In addition, shopping centers and other commercial buildings are getting facelifts, and multi-family developments are in phased developments to create a work-play-live, walkable atmosphere. Farmers Branch is becoming a vibrant community. 

This home is in a sought-after part of the city adjacent to Brookhaven Country Club, just minutes from the Brookhaven College, and convenient to LBJ Freeway, the Dallas North Tollway, and Interstate 35.

“Before” pictures show that this house was full of cramped, closed-off rooms.
