Carolyn Rosson has been promoted from the role of President to President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ebby Halliday Companies. Chris Kelly, Executive Chairman of the Ebby Halliday Companies and Executive Vice President of HomeServices of America, made the announcement.
“Over the years, Carolyn’s visionary leadership, steadfast dedication, and strategic insights have played a paramount role in guiding and shaping nearly every department and aspect of our company,” said Kelly. “As she steps into this dual role, she will continue to lead with grace, tenacity, and the forward-thinking mindset we’ve come to value so greatly.”
In tandem with the announcement, Kelly also announced that Betsy Cameron has been elevated to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations for the Ebby Halliday Companies.
“Since joining the Ebby Halliday Companies, Betsy has consistently demonstrated an exceptional knack for innovating our business processes, nurturing agents, and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration,” Kelly said. “In this new position, Betsy will play a pivotal role in bolstering the efficiency and ingenuity of our operations, aligning them with our expanding organizational goals. Alongside Malinda Howell, Senior Vice President of Brokerage, Betsy will bridge our home office initiatives with the evolving needs of our offices and agents, ensuring both robust sales and enriched consumer experiences.”
With her wealth of experience and unparalleled dedication, Howell plays a pivotal role in the organization and will continue in her work as she collaborates closely with the company’s sales leaders in branch offices, spearheading efforts to drive sales and recruitment.
