For Cathy, 2022 started with significant momentum and has continued. She works with relocation clients, and multi-million-dollar listings, and stays on top of one of America’s most dynamic markets.
Raised in small-town Texas, the Texas A&M graduate is a sophisticated pro who has been in real estate for years with a versatility that provides a distinctive advantage for her clients. Cathy’s depth of experience ranges from investing, remodeling, and interior design, to buying, selling, negotiating, and managing commercial properties.
Her calm demeanor reassures clients, while her continuing education and data-driven approach to marketing planning and execution is also a benefit.
She’s launching the Catherine Cole Collective this fall. “The standards of integrity, trust, and white-glove service that Allie Beth instills in her luxury brand mirror my own,” she explains. “Based on these core values, I am debuting my new brand under the ABA umbrella.
“It incorporates my education, and deep industry expertise, as well as my strong network of resources to take the business to a higher level,” she says.
Cathy and her husband, David, raised their family in North Texas. Their three children attended a variety of area schools, so she understands the institutions, as well as the importance of educational needs for families.
“There’s much more to buying a home than just buying a house, which is why I work with families on comprehensive lifestyle packages,” Cathy said.
Cathy concentrates on the private school corridor schools in Dallas but understands DISD, surrounding districts, and other private school campuses. “After over three decades, I know a lot about the private schools and what type of students they cater to.
“Between my three children, I have researched and navigated through a lot of institutions, so I can offer good insight,” she said.
She routinely buys and sells luxury properties in many of the area’s most prestigious ZIP codes, including Preston Hollow, Russwood Acres, Midway Hollow, the Park Cities, Windsor Park, Glen Lakes, Lakewood, Oak Cliff, Northwood Hills, and more.
“We’ve continued to expand in growing communities beyond Dallas proper,” says the Midlothian native, who also serves many clients south of Dallas, and in Ellis County, as well as luxury properties in Keller, Trophy Club, Northlake, Argyle, Lantana, Flower Mound, and Castle Hills.
As a devoted volunteer for Meals on Wheels, a regular American Red Cross Blood Donor, and a lifetime member of Community Partners of Dallas, Cathy places a premium on volunteerism in her community.
