If you love gardens, gardening, or art then the annual White Rock East Garden Tour is the place to be on Sunday, May 15. East Dallas gardeners and artists come together each spring to showcase their beautiful gardens and creations for a single perfect day. Nine gardens in Forest Hills, Little Forest Hills, and Casa Linda Estates will be open to the public on Sunday from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Each garden will host several artists displaying a wide variety of artwork available for purchase.
For anyone in the early planning stages of a garden it’s a “can’t miss” event. Whether you’re trying to gain inspiration for the perfect backyard family retreat, come up with ideas for container vegetable gardens or seeking innovation in xeriscape ideas, it’s all here.
One of the highlights of the tour is the annual plant sale. It’s great opportunity to find everything from hosta’s, columbine, lantanas and turkscap to rosemary, lavender, and Japanese maples, all at terrific prices. Think of it as the ultimate botanical garage sale.

Tickets for the tour are $12.50 in advance and $15 on the tour day.
