If you need a second to catch your breath, you’re not alone. There was a lot of gasping for air over on this end as this remodel totally took my breath away. I love all of the smooth white walls and clean lines, the dark hardwood floors and the tall windows that all work together to make this home absolutely stunning.
This home packs a lot into its 3,100-square-foot floor plan with three living areas, two dining areas, three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, a gorgeous first-floor master suite, a two-car garage, and two fire places. It’s also in a terrific neighborhood with Richardson ISD schools and backs up to a wooded creek. The kitchen, which opens to a breakfast nook or keeping room — you decide which — has a great layout for flow and also connects to the formal dining room. The outdoor spaces, which you can access via the living area, the kitchen, and the master bedroom, are fabulous and peaceful. I love the separate fire pit area, and the deck is just wonderful. If you’re so inclined, there’s room for a hot tub, which isn’t a bad idea considering how private the creek lot feels.
