As you approach downtown Fort Worth from the west you will happen upon an old 1920s neoclassical “skyscraper” building called the Neil P. at Burnett Park.

The 11-story building, located at 411 West 7th Street, was originally the cotton exchange for the Neil P. Anderson Cotton Company. Nearly destroyed in 1977, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places and turned into luxury condominiums in 2004.

The Gateway to Downtown

The Neil P. has always been a symbolic landmark as you enter downtown Fort Worth. Across the street from Burnett Park — a three-acre park named for Fort Worth oilman Samuel Burk Burnett — and the iconic 50-foot-tall sculpture known as “Man with Briefcase” created by Jonathan Borofsky, the area is rich with history and culture.

Where the Views Begin

Ride the elevators six floors up to find a stunning 2,256-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-and-half-bath, spacious condominium now available. The layout of this condominium is one of the best floor plans in all of downtown and, comes complete with hardwood floors, quartz counters, electric shades, custom mural paintings on the wall, stunning views and so much more.

The open living, eating, and kitchen area is both comfortable and roomy. Of course, there is plenty of natural light from all the windows. Entertaining certainly will not be an issue as the area flows seamlessly.

Unlike many urban living properties, this condo offers large walk-in closets and areas that can be multi-purposed. One secondary bedroom comes complete with a murphy bed.

Additional flex space in the laundry room provides the perfect spot for a home office/command center, and a private balcony, with more views, allows residents to enjoy the outdoors without leaving their home.

The complex also includes a community room, outdoor patio area and swimming pool. Of course there are plenty of restaurants, shops, Sundance Square, bars and other sources of entertainment only steps away.

Be a part of Texas history as you enjoy all that downtown Fort Worth has to offer in this fantastic Neil P. condominium.

Mary Cole of RE/MAX Trinity has listed 411 West 7th Street #605 for $624,900.
