Ebby, Rogers, and Other Familiar Names Among Top 100 Places to Work

Ebby Halliday, Rogers Healy and Associates, Fathom Realty, Century 21, and JP & Associates Realtors were named among the Top 100 Places to Work by the Dallas Morning News at a gala last night. The annual contest is overseen by the Dallas Morning News‘ research partner, Workplace Dynamics, which gathers employee opinions to measure U.S. companies based on leadership, sense of mission, career opportunities, culture, and pay and benefits.

The DMN surveyed 330 DFW companies that employ 154,197 total people. The results were determined by 78,960 responses.

“It’s so meaningful for the Ebby Halliday Companies to be named one of the Top 100 Places as we approach our 75th anniversary of serving the residential real estate needs of North Texans and those choosing to move here,” said Chris Kelly, President and CEO of Ebby Halliday Companies, which includes Ebby Halliday, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew, as well as core services companies Prosperity Mortgage, Home Team Insurance, and Texas Premier Title.

The top large companies include financial services company Edward Jones at number 1, brokerage Fathom Realty LLC at number two, and 14-location restaurant chain BoomerJacks Grill and Bar at number three.

The top midsize companies include Northeast Dallas megachurch Watermark Community Church at number one, property management company Valiant Residential at number two, and advertising agency Simpli.fi at number three.

The top small companies include K2 Construction at number one, Ridgemont Commercial Construction at number two, and software development company Qentelli at number three.
