SNAP UP THE VERY LAST TOWNHOME IN THE CEDARS’ HICKORY VISTA

You can easily grab a burger or wings at Lee Harveys, or walk to downtown or the Farmers Market from the Cedars’ Hickory Vista Townhomes, the brainchild of the Cedars Collection.
Courtney Michalek with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage-Lakewood told us about the last townhome in Hickory Vista — 1625 Hickory St. #105.
The home is one of seven newly constructed contemporary townhomes, and the urban aesthetic of the two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is perfect for someone looking for that chic nest to feather, but still desirous of being close to the action of downtown and even Deep Ellum.
